All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of merchandise, supply only part of an order and make separate shipments for an order. You will be informed if we are unable to fulfill your order.

What can I do if I get Disaya’s product imperfection?
All items are quality controlled before mailing. If you receive an item in imperfect condition, please contact ONLINE@DISAYA.COM within 24 hours for further instructions.
For merchandise repairs, please enclose in your parcel:

● Contact information
● Original sales invoice
We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured parcel post with tracking. Disaya will not assume responsibility if the parcel is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Please allow approximately 3 weeks for a repair assessment. An estimation of repairing charge will be sent to your email once the assessment has been completed for your confirmation before starting the repair process.
How can I change or cancellation a Disaya product?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours at: ONLINE@DISAYA.COM
Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the order can be modified. If you wish to make a return or exchange once you have received your order, please refer to our returns and exchanges conditions.
How can I return or exchange a Disaya product?
Full-priced READY-TO-WEAR items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days upon the receipt of order. Please notify us at ONLINE@DISAYA.COM regarding your return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges at Disaya stores. An exchange can be made for a different size or color. Sale merchandise is a final sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Disaya accepts merchandise only if it is returned in its original condition and packaging, labels, and return tag intact and accompanied by the original sales invoice. If one or more of these are missing, the return or exchange will not be honored.
All goods will be inspected as soon as it is returned to us; we do not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or self-damaged. If the merchandise is found in an unsuitable condition, it will be returned to you.
Returns or exchanges will be processed within 15 business days upon the receipt of returned merchandise. You will receive an email notification once the return or exchange has been processed. The full amount of the returned merchandise will be credited for your next online purchase.
We recommend that you ship the merchandise via insured parcel post with tracking. Disaya will not assume responsibility if the return parcel is lost, stolen, or mishandled. Disaya reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements at Disaya's discretion.
We do not accept returns on Disaya jewelry. In the interest of hygiene, we do not accept exchanges for pierced earrings and hair accessories, unless found faulty.
How can I get a receipt or proof of purchase on the website and track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
If there is a discrepancy with your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and contact us within 2 days upon the receipt at ONLINE@DISAYA.COM.
Where is Disaya’s delivery area covered?
Disaya.com offers free domestic delivery within Thailand via trusted partners.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order for delivery, in addition to delivery time. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Disaya will not be responsible for unanticipated delays.
And for international shipping, we offer free delivery for order with the value above 12,000 THB. For the order less than 12,000 THB, the delivery fee will be charged as in worldwide delivery details.
Duties & Taxes
For international shipping, the import duties and local taxes vary from country to country. To avoid unexpected charges, you may contact your local customs for information of customs policies and details of duties and taxes as you may be charged for those fees as your order passes through customs. Any charges incurred must be paid by the receiver.
